returns

it is important to us that you are satisfied with your order. for this reason, we grant you a return time of 14 days. please inform us via email order@yoomee.ch that you would like to return a product. please always send the complete article in the original packaging and with all labels to this address:

we do NOT return cash or card payments but change your product for a voucher. in case you have not paid for your product yet, we can update your invoice for you. 

the costs for the return shipment must be carried by you. the products remain your responsibility until they reach us. please make sure you pack the products appropriately to prevent damage during transport. once we receive the product, you will receive your refund.
you can also stop by in store during opening hours. please have your order number ready and let the staff know if you ordered through our website or bought directly in store.

several types of goods are exempt from being returned. goods such as beauty and wellness products (cleaning pads and washing gloves) and SALE items cannot be returned.


exchanges

if you are not completely satisfied with an article and you want to exchange it, please send us an email order@yoomee.ch. please wait for our confirmation before sending us any products or stopping by in store. 

of course we replace defective or damaged items :) if you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, send us an email at  order@yoomee.ch.
