we do NOT return cash or card payments but change your product for a voucher. in case you have not paid for your product yet, we can update your invoice for you.
several types of goods are exempt from being returned. goods such as beauty and wellness products (cleaning pads and washing gloves) and SALE items cannot be returned.
exchanges
if you are not completely satisfied with an article and you want to exchange it, please send us an email order@yoomee.ch. please wait for our confirmation before sending us any products or stopping by in store.
of course we replace defective or damaged items :) if you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, send us an email at
