we do NOT return cash or card payments but change your product for a voucher. in case you have not paid for your product yet, we can update your invoice for you.
several types of goods are exempt from being returned. goods such as beauty and wellness products (cleaning pads and washing gloves and sleeping masks) and SALE items cannot be returned.
exchanges
if you are not completely satisfied with an article and you want to exchange it, please send us an email order@yoomee.ch. please wait for our confirmation before sending us any products or stopping by in store.
of course we replace defective or damaged items :) if you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, send us an email to: order@yoomee.ch.
non-delivery of shipments
if a shipment has not been received within the expected delivery timeframe, the customer is requested to inform the seller in writing within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
if notification is made after this period, the seller may not be able to guarantee a replacement or refund.
